Healthy Cherry Bakewell Overnight Oats

Overnight Oats have become part of my weekly breakfast schedule. For so long we have eaten breakfast on and off but as my Mum always told me ‘it’s the most important meal of the day’. Since we’ve started eating better & doing more these are definitely an easy staple. They’re so quick to throw together, taking probably less than 5 minutes, and you can just grab and go when you need them in the morning. I’ve found this flavour by chance when experimenting with different additions to the oats and I love it now!

Healthy Cherry Bakewell Overnight Oats

Ingredients – Makes One

35g Rolled Oats
1 Cherry Muller Light
1-2 teaspoons almond extract or flavouring

Method

Simply mix everything together and pop in the fridge overnight! Grab in the morning, make sure to give them another quick stir before eating! And Enjoy!

They should probably last a few days if they’re kept in an airtight container in the fridge. They’re also suitable for Slimming World as a healthy extra B, and in my opinion taste exactly like the real thing (If not better because they’re completely guilt free!)
